What is a bonbon? A bonbon is a chocolate truffle encased in crisply tempered chocolate shell. The interior is
a creamy "ganache" comprised of chocolate and cream, with or without other flavorings. The outside chocolate shell
has been "tempered" to produce a shiny, crisp, chocolate coating to encase the creamy ganache. The highest quality chocolate and a masterful chocolatier are needed to produce beautiful and delicious bonbon!
INGREDIENTS:
Creamy Hazelnut Bonbon: 66% organic chocolate (org.: cacao beans, evaporated cane syrup, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), organic cane sugar, organic hazelnut paste, organic soy lecithin, organic vanilla extract, organic cocoa butter, organic sunflower oil, organic cocoa, organic citric acid.
Dark Chocolate Bonbon: Organic chocolate (org.: cacao beans, evaporated cane syrup, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), organic coconut milk (org. coconut, org. guar gum), organic coconut oil, organic citric acid.
Espresso Bonbon: Organic chocolate (org.: cacao beans, evaporated cane syrup, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), organic coconut milk (org. coconut, org. guar gum), organic coffee, organic coconut oil, organic citric acid.
