Refund Policy

If you pick up an ordered product in unsatisfactory condition, we will consider a replacement or full refund for the item. Contact us within 48 hours of pick-up (sales@northcoastfoodweb.org) to let us know the issue. Send a photo, if applicable, to show us the condition of the product. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely.
