Refund Policy

If you pick up an ordered product in unsatisfactory condition, we will consider a replacement or full refund for the item. Contact us within 48 hours of pick-up (sales@northcoastfoodweb.org) to let us know the issue. Send a photo, if applicable, to show us the condition of the product. Based on the discretion of Food Web staff and the vendor, the item may be replaced, credited to your account, or fully refunded.

All orders confirmed and finalized when the order window closes must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely.

If you do not pick up your order, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email the day of pick-up and the following business day. We are usually able to arrange a special pick-up for your products. If you do not respond or do not arrange or attempt a pick-up one week after the original pick-up date, your products will be donated. We do not have the storage capacity or staff time to manage orders over a week after the pick-up date. We will do whatever we can do make sure you can still pick up your order if you forgot or couldn't make it!
