We are sustainably farming a very nutritious new vegetable with a negative carbon footprint. We think that vegetables that taste great don't have to come at the expense of a healthy environment. Our dulse is more nutritious than kale, with far less of a carbon footprint. We are proud to pioneer this new vegetable on the northern Oregon coast! This dulse has been used in fine restaurants around the for the last two years, most famously pioneered by James Beard award-winning chef, Vitaly Paley, who discovered that when you fry it it tastes like bacon.
