Organic Handcrafted Bread! A love of good bread and a desire to work collectively are at the foundation of the Blue Scorcher. All our breads are made with organic flours, stoneground when possible, and are baked on a stone hearth with steam. We bake several classifications of bread: naturally leavened hearth loaves, yeast risen pan breads, traditional French breads, and enriched specialty loaves.
We are a worker-owned cooperative. We buy local, organic produce and use organic ingredients in our pastries, bread, and food!
