About Us
Minari Farms is located in Warrenton, Oregon on land that has been in Marsha's family since the 1970s. It is named after the minari (water celery), an edible wetland plant, that grows along the creekside in abundance. The majority of the property is forested wetland and the new vision for the farm is to conserve and restore its acreage that has been drained and converted into pasture land. This includes planting of native pollinators and grasses and removal of invasive species.
Georgie's Jams is an integral part of Minari Farms and is named after Georgie the farm dog. It is her namesake because of the pure joy and excitement she displays in every aspect of life! From the pruning of the fruit trees, to the sensational smell of smashing fruit and bottling jams and jellies, Georgie's Jams is a manifestation of joy that you can take home in a jar! Because of this, each flavor has become a song inspired by one of Georgie's favorite jams.

Practices
Minari Farms is a small, family-run farm that focuses on local resources and developing sustainable practices. We reuse and make compost out of materials on the property and our hens are fantastic at pest management in the orchard. Organic materials and ingredients are utilized whenever and wherever possible.
