We are single mom run, solar-powered, home bakery handcrafting organic sourdough breads, bagels, baked goods using traditional methods. We source all ingredients as locally as possible, and work with the seasonal magic growing in our yard and in our community! We only use Pacific Northwest regionally grown whole grains, stone milled and hearth baked in our brick oven. It’s ALL sourdough, and all love!
